With over 26 years of clinical experience, Dr. Prathima Uday Shetty is a seasoned and trusted name in dentistry. A proud alumna of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), she has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional dental care with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and long-term oral health.
To stay at the forefront of modern dentistry, Dr. Prathima completed a Postgraduate Certification in Implantology from Manipal College of Dental Sciences in 2016. Her passion for clinical excellence drives her to continually update her skills through various advanced training programs and workshops.
Known for her gentle approach and deep commitment to patient care, Dr. Prathima is particularly focused on educating patients and raising awareness about the importance of preventive oral health. Dr Nitin Gadhiya, an Orthodontist by profession, has achieved a Gold Medal for securing highest marks in Post-Graduationin his subject. His keen interest in improving people’s smile got him to this noble profession of Dentistry and then doing further Post Graduation in the subject for mastering his skills.
He is attached to Dr DY Patil Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai as a Professor in the Dept of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics. Along with this he manages his private practice and number of attachments as a Consultant Orthodontist in various niche hospitals of the city like Saifee Hospital, Reliance Hospital.
Despite his busy private practice, he keeps himself updated with the latest techniques and knowledge about the subject by not only attending but also presenting papers, in various National as well as International conferences.
He’s also an active member of various associations as Indian Dental Association (IDA), Indian Orthodontic Society (IOS), etc. Also, he has worked in the capacity of Organizing Secretary for the 22nd National IOS Post Graduate Student’s convention during February 2018.
